PMP has been managing my rental property in St. Petersburg for about 3 years now, and I can say nothing but good things about the great quality of service Bill and his team provide. In managing my property, Bill has proven extremely responsive, experienced, conscientious, trustworthy professional and generally a pleasure to deal with. He resourcefulness was unfortunately put to the test last year when my rental unit suffered from a neighbors pipe bursting and was subsequently partially flooded. Bill wasted no time in finding professional help to deal with not only the immediate damage but also ensure that the contractors repairing the unit performed their work as they were supposed to. He worked very independently throughout the recovery process, and I was surprised at how little time and effort I needed to commit to the issue.
